Complaints Procedure

In terms of the Rules of the Fund all members and their beneficiaries have the right to lodge a complaint with the Fund.

The complaint procedure requires members and/or beneficiaries firstly to lodge their complaint with the Fund. This can be done by sending your complaint to the Fund’s Principal Officer whose contact details are as follows:

If you are not satisfied with the Fund’s response with regards to your complaint, you have the right to submit a formal complaint with the Pension Funds Adjudicator whose contact details are as follows:
