Member Communication

Communication is an integral part of the Fund’s philosophy. Both personal and general Member communication is essential as it ensures members remain informed and involved in their retirement fund.

The Verso Umbrella Retirement Funds, as part of their formulated communication strategy, provide their members with the following communication:

• A welcome letter on joining the Fund which will contain personal information and their membership number.
• An annual benefit statement showing the member’s current fund value, insured benefits (if part of the Fund) and summarising important details of the Fund.
• Newsletters and Fund Reports.
• The member will receive written confirmation of any updates to his/her member record.
• SMS Services and Web Access are available on registration.
