Members often want to know if Verso Benefits Administrator have received their claim forms and they want to track the activity in the administration department. When a claim is submitted, Verso Benefits Administrator’ systems will automatically SMS the member an update at significant stages of his/her claim.
This is a free service directly available to the member.
Verso-interAct
This facility allows the member to access data at Verso Benefits Administrator without having to phone or fax our offices. Once registered onto the system, the member can access specific personal data by sending a code specific SMS to the security system, the system will then promptly respond with the information requested. The designated number to SMS the code to is 37463.
Verso-interAct is a free service, however, SMS’s are charged at standard SMS rates.
The current available codes are:
EB – for the member’s estimated benefit value in the fund.
COE – for pensioners to confirm if the fund has received their Certificate of Existence.
ADR – for the member’s home address details as per Verso Benefits Administrator records.
The member may SMS their member number followed by a space and then the required code to Verso Benefits Administrator e.g. 123456 EB.
To see a full list of up to date codes available for enquiries, the member can SMS Verso Benefits Administrator his/her pension number followed by a space and the word HELP.
